Hello Eaglewood Homeowners. The officers and committee members of the Eaglewood Homeowners Association would like to send out a big thank you to each and every homeowner in the neighborhood for making the new Eaglewood sign possible. The sign and the new landscaping look great and add a fresh, updated appearance to our neighborhood. Thanks to all of the great homeowners, Eaglewood can look forward to enjoying our new sign for many years to come. Through your financial support, each of you has shown your continued desire to maintain Eaglewood as a great neighborhood in which to live and raise a family.


Eaglewood HOA - Annual Neighborhood Wide Meeting
Date: September 12, 2007
Time: 7:30pm
Place: Highland Meadows Golf Club

Everyone is encouraged to come to this neighborhood wide meeting. During the meeting we will review the accomplishments of the previous year, and outline goals and events planned for the coming year.


Watering volunteers needed! During the July meeting the officers and committee members present each volunteered a week of their time to water the newly planted landscaping. It is very important that we keep the new plants well watered to give them ample opportunity to become well established during their first year. There are ten households represented by the committee covering ten weeks, that leaves many opportunities for others to get involved and help out Eaglewood! You may have noticed that we have placed a hose reel next to the water faucet to try and make watering as easy as possible. Any volunteers would be much appreciated to get us though the heat of the summer and into the fall. There has been discussion during the monthly meetings about the possibility of installing an automatic sprinkler system for next season, but until then we need volunteers!!

New Homeowners

Two new homeowners were welcomed to the neighborhood by Eaglewood Homeowners Association president, Emily Ordorica. Emily welcomed Glen and Tracy Jackowski as well as Kyoung and Hyun Lee with a Welcome Wagon Packets in July. Welcome to Eaglewood!


Fall Pig Roast - Yes!

We are discussing the possibility of holding a pig roast in late September or early October. During the August meeting, the activities committee plans to discuss putting this event together. Details will be announced during the September neighborhood wide meeting at Highland Meadows.
